I’ve been in the ops space for over 7 years and since becoming a mom of two little rebels, I decided that I want all of my precious energy to pour into the creatives, healers, authors and movement leaders. The Sacred Ops™ Process

We start with a 90 minute deep dive that meets you where you are, brings all of the blocks in your way right now to light, and reveals the highest timeline version of what you’re here to do. We start here because then everything we build from the get go aligns with YOUR TRUTH, not the fear, worry or anxieties from your brain. Bring the tears, fears and deepest truths.
After our 1:1 session, my team and I co-create a “Sacred Vision” which is our proposed scope of work for the next “x” number of months together. Once you approve, sign and pay, we’re ready to onboard you and get into your systems!
Then we’ll send you our clear instructions for how to securely share systems access with us, and once we’re in, we’re ready to go! Every week we’ll send a Sacred Updates email with what’s completed, what we’re working on, and any action items we may need from you. Simple, transparent, and actionable steps that don’t paralyze you with decision fatigue.

Her mindset coaching business had grown organically really beautifully over the years, but her backend systems hadn’t kept up. Client information was scattered across Airtable, spreadsheets, Mailchimp, and her calendar, which made it hard to clearly see her full client ecosystem. Her brain is beautiful, and she is INCREDIBLE at what she does. She’s ready to grow, she just needs the structure to hold her.
During Our Time Together
We focused on consolidating and organizing her systems. This included extracting and cleaning up her contact data, mapping how her CRM and email systems work together, and designing a clearer structure for onboarding, contracts, and payment plans for her new offers. Our collaboration bridges the gap. After she helps clients design the strategic architecture of their business, I step in to build the operational backend that supports it. That may include CRM systems, automations, client workflows, etc. She sends me voice memos on the fly in between photo shoots and events she’s hosting and I implement the emails that need to go out, the logistics and update the databases on the backend.
